It is obvious that Nvidia will soon launch its new Geforce GTX 1050 Ti and GTX 1050 graphics cards and today we have a new picture of ASUS' upcoming GTX 1050 Ti Expedition graphics card which will pack 4GB of GDDR5 memory, use a dual-fan cooling solution and come with an additional 6-pin PCIe power connector, suggesting that it will have additional overclocking potential.
While we do not have any precise details regarding the actual clocks of the ASUS GTX 1050 Ti Expedition, the picture of the box reveals a bit information, confirming that the GTX 1050 Ti will come with 4GB of GDDR5 memory as well as a showing a dual-fan cooler ASUS has decided to use on this version.
Spotted by Videocardz.com, the source of the leak also suggest that the ASUS GTX 1050 Ti will also come with an additional 6-pin PCIe power connector, which means it will either have a high factory-overclock and/or provide additional overclocking potential.
In case you missed it, the GTX 1050 Ti will be coming with a fully-enabled GP107 GPU with 768 CUDA cores, 48 TMUs and 32 ROPs and pack 4GB of GDDR5 memory on a 128-bit memory interface, while the GTX 1050 will be based on a cut-down version of the same GPU, packing 640 CUDA cores, 40 TMUs, 32 ROPs as well as 2GB of GDDR5 memory with the same 128-bit memory interface.
Both the GTX 1050 Ti and the GTX 1050 are expected to launch on October 25th.
ASUS is also rumored to launch a STRIX version of the GTX 1050 Ti graphics card which could end up with a different cooler as well as a higher factory-overclock.
