The popular FRAPS utility for frame-rate monitoring, screenshots and recording will be coming back with the new 3.6.0 version which will bring official support for Windows 10.
Although previous versions works well with Windows 10 OS already, there were no official support for the popular utility, turning a lot of users to other applications.
The developer of FRAPS, Beepa, did not give a specific date or any details if something will be added with the new version and Windows 10 support but at least we know that it is coming. The only provided details is that it will also include minor bug fixes and improvements.
Possibly, we will also see support for DirectX 12 and Vulkan but more importantly, it will bring proper Windows 10 OS support.
Hopefully we will hear more about it soon.
