NetherRealm has officially announced its new Injustice 2, a fighting game which will include plenty of DC Comics characters.
Injustice 2 is the sequel of NetherRealm Studios' Injustice Gods Among Us and it is a fighting game set in the world of DC Comics' superheroes. The sequel will bring plenty of new things to the genre, including character customization, a story that follows the game and plenty of DC Comics characters, including the all time favorite, Supergirl.
The new trailer shows Superman, Flash, Batman, Supergirl and other which will be a part of extensive list of characters including both heroes and villains.
"In Injustice 2, we are introducing new features that will change the way fans play fighting games. We're always interested in pushing the genre forward and allowing players to customize and level-up their favorite DC Super Heroes and Super-Villains is a significant leap," said NetheRealm's Ed Boon.
Injustice 2 is scheduled to launch in 2017, likely across PC, PS4 and Xbox One and we will certainly see and hear more about it during E3 2016 show.
