EK Water Blocks has announced availability of its Radeon Pro Duo water block, which should both allow users to water cool the Radeon Pro Duo but also turn it into a single-slot graphics card.
Based on a full cover design, the new EKWB AMD Radeon Pro Duo water block covers the entire PCB and cools both GPUs, VRM, memory and the PLX bridge chip. It is also based on EKWB's unique central inlet split-flow cooling engine with micro fin design which allows it to be used with both reversed water flow systems as well as liquid cooling systems with weaker pumps.
The based of the EK-FC Radoen Pro Duo is made of nickel-plated copper while the top is made of either POM acetal or acrylic material, depending on the version. It also comes with pre-installed screw-in brass standoffs and includes a single slot I/O bracket.
The EK-FC Radeon Pro Duo water block will be available in Nickel and Acetal+Nickel versions, priced at €155.95. EKWB also prepared an optional aesthetic retention backplate, which cools the memory IC on the backside of the PCB, priced at €34.95.
Both versions of the Radeon Pro Duo water block and the backplate should already be available from EKWB's Webshop and its Partner Reseller Network.
