Although it is a bit late to the party, Colorful has now announce retail availability of its flagship GTX 980 Ti graphics card, the iGame GTX 980 Ti KUDAN.
Based on a well known Nvidia 28nm GM200 Maxwell GPU with 2816 CUDA cores, the iGame GTX 980 Ti KUDAN from Colorful comes with a fully custom design and a unique custom hybrid-cooler with integrated water cooling loop system. The cooler comes with five heatpipes that take care of the GPU but the water cooling loop kicks in when the GPU is doing some serious work.
The water cooling loop system can be expanded by adding a custom water cooling system to the integrated cooling pump/block system.
The custom PCB uses Colorful's Silver Plating Technology (SPT), improving the stability of the PCB while the iGame Pure-Power Inductance (I.P.P.) components ensure stable power delivery, low operating temperatures and reduced electro-magnetic interference.
The new Colorful iGame GTX 980 Ti KUDAN works at 1000MHz for the base GPU and 1076MHz for the Boost GPU clocks but also comes with the Overclocking Key, which pushed the clocks to 1203MHz GPU base and 1304MHz GPU Boost with a simple press of a button.
Unfortunately, the recent news that Nvidia has stopped production of the GM200 GPU means that Colorful is rather late to the party and this will probably be the pinnacle of the GTX 980 Ti graphics card.
Colorful did not reveal any details regarding the price of the new iGame GTX 980 Ti KUDAN graphics card.
