We had a chance to try out a closed beta of Bethesda's Doom game and made some screenshots from the game which both runs good and looks good, considering it is still in its closed beta phase.
We have posted a set of screenshots at our Facebook page where you can also check out how the game looks and which graphics settings we used. Although it runs great, the game is still locked at 60FPS.
In case you are wondering, we are running the game on Gigabyte's X99M Gaming5 motherboard, Intel Core i7-5820K CPU, 16GB of RAM, EVGA's GTX 980 Ti SuperClocked graphics card and Dell's U2515H 2560x1440 monitor. Of course, we have the latest Nvidia Geforce drivers installed.
Doom is known to run better on AMD Radeon graphics card but we had no problems running it on Nvidia's GTX 980 Ti either.
The game is looking both quite cool and runs pretty well considering that it is still in its closed beta phase. There are a few bugs and issues but nothing really big.
