AMD Pro Duo is 51 percent faster than Titan Z

According to AMD results

According to internal results from AMD, the new dual-GPU flagship AMD Radeon Pro Duo is up to 51 percent faster than Nvidia Geforce GTX Titan Z in 3D Mark FireStrike.

According to the results take from AMD's slide, the Radeon Pro Duo outperforms both the Radeon R9 295X2 and Nvidia GTX Titan Z by quite a margin, at 1080p, 1440p and 2160p resolutions. All card have been allegedly testsed on a Core i7-5960X system, 16GB of DDR4 memory and on Windows 10 OS running with AMD v15.301 and Geforce 361.91 drivers.

According to the results from 3DMark FireStrike benchmark, spotted by Techpowerup.com, the Radeon Pro Duo scores 20150 points at 1080p resolution. This is quite a decent boost compared to 16717 points on the R9 295X2 and 14945 points on the GTX Titan Z.

Since all these graphics card are obviously not made for 1080p resolution, the 1440p and 2160p (4K/UHD) resolutions are a bit more interesting.

At 1440p resolution, the Radeon Pro Duo hits 11466 points, way ahead 9250 on the Radeon R9 295X2. At this resolution the Radeon Pro Duo outperforms the GTX Titan Z, which scores 7740, by 48.1 percent.

The performance lead also extends to 2160p or the 4K/UHD resolution, which is where AMD's Fiji GPUs and HBM usually shine. At this resolution the Radeon Pro Duo scores 6211, while R9 295X2 and GTX Titan Z hit 5121 and 4099 points, respectively.

Bear in mind that these have been pulled from AMD's official slides so you should take them with a grain of salt, at least until we have a chance to see some of the first reviews.
