According to the newest leak for a pre-order of the Battlefield 5 has apparently leaked some details, suggesting that the game will be set in World War I setting.

While this leak, coming from Swiss online store World of Games, is far from confirmed and just might be a simple mistake, it does have a clear description of the game as a tactical multiplayer shooter set in WWI.

We already know that there will be another Battlefield game coming this year and while EA did not reveal a lot of details, rumors suggest that it will be a completely new game, although World War I does not sound like a lot of fun. The new Battlefield 5 game should be coming in October, which is usually when EA releases its Battlefield titles.

Hopefully, there will be a lot more to the game than just World War I as trench warfare does not sound like impressive and we surely would not have fun driving old British Mark or Renault FT tanks.
