AMD has released its newest Radeon Software Crimson 16.2 drivers which brings performance and quality improvements for the latest DirectX 12 Ashes of the Singularity Benchmark 2.0, Rise of the Tomb Raider as well as a couple of Crossfire profiles and bug fixes.
Available for all AMD Radeon graphics cards since HD 7700 and HD 7900 days as well as for Windows 7, Windows 8 and Windows 10 operating systems in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions, the new Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2 drivers are the one to have in case you are planning to run the newest DirectX 12 Ashes of the Singularity Benchmark 2.0 from Oxide.
The new Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2 drivers are also optimized for Valve's recently released SteamVR Performance Test as well as offers additional performance optimizations for Rise of the Tomb Rider game. It also comes with two new Crossfire profiles for Tom Clancy's The Division and the XCOM 2.
In addition to those performance and stability optimizations, the new Radeon Software Crimson Edition 16.2 drivers also fixes several issues, including plenty of issues for Fallout 4 and Rise of the Tomb Raider, Far Cry 4, and various issues with Radeon Settings and AMD Overdrive.
