Akasa's mini-STX Euler ST case spotted

For 127x127mm motherboards

Earlier, Intel has introduced its new mini-STX form-factor and it appears that Akasa is working on its first mini-STX case, the Euler ST.

The mini-STX form-factor has been recently introduced by Intel and these are pretty much NUC-sized 127x127mm motherboards, also known as Intel 5x5 design which is a small motherboard with standard LGA socket.

The new Akasa Euler ST will have cutouts for Intel's upcoming mini-STX motherboards as well as as enough room for storage devices. The case itself, made out of aluminum, will act as a CPU heatsink and it will probably support CPUs with TDP of up to 35W, while the platform will support CPUs with TDP of up to 65W.

Unfortunately, there aren't many details regarding the new Euler ST case, other than two pictures, so hopefully we will see more details about it soon as these would be perfect for small HTPC builds.
