Racoon, one of overclockers from Switzerland, has posted a nice overclocking result of the Core i3-6320 CPU at our forums and this is also his result for ASUS' ROG OC Showdown, which is currently in its third round.
The overclocking results pushes the dual-core Core i3-6320 to a rather impressive 6239.42MHz on ASUS' Maximus VIII Gene motherboard with 16GB of G.Skill RAM and ASUS Geforce 980 Ti Strix. This clock was enough for Racoon to do SuperPi 32M in 5 minutes 3sec and 404ms, which was currently enough for 7th place.
The leaderboard on the ASUS ROG OC Showdown is currently led by Dancop with some pretty impressive overclocking results but most of participants still have not done the stage two and stage three overclocking, so a lot can change on the leaderboard.
Hopefully we will see some impressive 3DMark 01 and Aquamark3 overclocking results for Racoon which will score him a decent position on the leaderboard.
