AMD has released a new video that focuses on SYSmark benchmark, calling it both biased and unreliable.
According to AMD, the SYSMark provides data that is not comparable to the difference in real world performance when AMD and Intel CPUs are compared. According to AMD, the performance delta was at 50 percent on comparable system, while some other benchmarks, like the PCMark, only put out a performance delta of 7 percent.
The US Federal Trade Commission, known commonly as the FTC, now requires that Intel posts a disclaimer whenever it uses date from this benchmark, saying that it may only be optimized for Intel platforms.
SYSmark benchmark has been a thorn in AMD's eye for quite some time and company is doing anything it can to show that it does not really show a real performance and that it is heavily optimized for Intel platform.
You can check out the video below and thankfully, not a lot of sites use SYSmark benchmark for its CPU reviews.
