Sapphire TriXX software unlocks Fiji GPU overclocking

Brings voltage control and HBM overclocking

While AMD was quite keen to note that Fiji GPU-based Radeon R9 Fury graphics cards and R9 Nano will not offer HBM overclocking, Sapphire's latest TriXX software unlocks both voltage control and overclocking for High Bandwidth Memory (HBM).

The new Sapphire TriXX 5.2.1 software will be the first official software to support voltage control for the Fiji GPU-based graphics cards, like the Radeon R9 Fury, R9 Fury X and the R9 Nano as well as allows HBM overclocking. While we do not expect high overclocking results from HBM, it is nice to see that those looking for some additional performance at least have an option.

The new version of the TriXX software also comes with a new user interface that includes an analog dials with clock, voltage and temperature information.

In addition to the Fiji GPU overclocking, the new TriXX software from Sapphire also offers voltage control for the entire Radeon R9 300 series GPUs.
