According to EA/DICE, upcoming Star Wars Battlefront game won't be just another Battlefield-like title and it will be a more evocative experience and more focused on the Star Wars theme.

In an interview with VG247.com, Battlefront Lead Designer, Jamie Keen, said that while both games are obviously first-person shooters, Battlefield focuses on the war-element, while Battlefront is more focused on Star Wars theme. He noted that "Battlefront has a different feel. Jumping into an M1 tank or whatever it might be is very different from jumping into an AT-AT."

According to Keen and its personal perspective, Battlefront is a much more "evocative experience" as it includes details from Star Wars movies that should make the experience quite different compared to Battlefield games.

We surely can't wait to try it out during beta phase which starts on October 8th and we can't wait for the game to launch on November 17th on PC, Xbox One and Playstation 4.
