Arctic has announced its newest F Silent Series fans that will be available in standard 80mm, 92mm and 120mm sizes, be based on a new motor and provide best possible airflow without compromising the noise level.

According to Arctic, the reason behind a low noise output on the new F Silent Series fans is the new motor designed in Germany. Paired up with Fluid Dynamic bearing, the new motor uses a new alloy as well as a new lubricant that should both reduce the noise inside the fan as well as increase the lifespan of the fan.

As noted, the new Arctic F Silent Series fans will be available in three versions, the 80mm F8 Silent, the 92mm F9 Silent and the 120mm F12 Silent. All three fans feature a 3-pin fan connector and are backed by a six-year warranty.

Arctic already used the F12 Silent version of the fan on its recently unveiled Freezer i32 and A32 CPU coolers.

According to Arctic, all three version should be available immediately with a price set at US $5.99 for the F8 Silent, US $6.29 for the F9 Silent and US $7.99 for the F12 Silent version.
