New Xbox 360 update adds 2GB of cloud storage

Good for upcoming backward compatibility

While Microsoft's focus is on the new Xbox One console it appears that the company did not forget about its Xbox 360 console either as the latest update brings some new improvements as well as a 2GB of cloud-storage.

While 2GB is not much these days, it will come in handy when Xbox One gets backward compatibility in November, which will allow users to save their Xbox 360 data on the cloud and put it on the Xbox One.

It will also allow users to migrate profiles and save data between consoles and can even hold some of the Xbox LIVE Arcade games.

As of recently, Xbox 360 also supports 2TB external HDDs as you can see from the picture below. With the new update, Xbox 360 also got the new Activity Feed, new Microsoft Movies & TV and Groove Music, ability to redeem codes from messages and more.
