Nvidia has released its newest Geforce 355.60 WHQL-certified drivers, which are Game Ready drivers for the upcoming StarDock's Ashes of the Singularity game as well as enable beta support for GameWorks VR.
Coming from Stardock and Oxide Games,
the Ashes of the Singularity game is based on the same Nitrous engine as the Star Swarm DirectX 12 tech demo and it will be the first DirectX 12-capable game released. The new Geforce 355.60 WHQL drivers should be ready for the upcoming tech demo which is scheduled to come later this month.
In addition to optimizations for Ashes of the Singularity, new Geforce 355.60 WHQL drivers also bring couple of new SLI profiles for Devil May Cry 4: Special Edition and Next Car Game: Wreckfest games and 3D Vision support for Trine 3.
What is probably more important is enabled support for Nvidia GameWorks VR technology, which has been moved from alpha to beta stage. The new beta GameWorks SDKS will be now available for more developers and Nvidia claims that Oculus will soon update its own SDK to support GameWorks VR technology.
New Nvidia Geforce 355.60 WHQL drivers are available for Windows 7, Windows 8/8.1 and Windows 10 and can be found via link below.
