The Elder Scrolls Online is meanwhile available on PC and consoles. Apart from that there has been a switch from a subscription to a buy to play model, which helped grow the player base. Meanwhile it looks like it's time that the first expansion pack.

A quick look at the expansion, which is called "The Imperial City" reveals a city with six districts, a new dungeon, new quests and a bunch of new enemies. There will also be a new currency introduced, with which you can buy high level veteran gear or you can open treasure vaults.

The expansion pack is going to be available as of 31st of August for PC gamers. Consoleros will have to wait until 16th of September.
