MSI launches X99A Godlike Gaming motherboard

Packed with features

Teased and unveiled during Computex 2015 show, MSI has now officially launched its new X99A Godlike Gaming motherboard that is packed with plenty of features including top of the line audio and LAN and plenty of connectivity options.

Based on Intel's X99 Express chipset, the MSI X99A Godlike will pack plenty of overclocking friendly features including voltage measure points, on-board buttons and a fancy new customizable LED lighting on-board, which allows you to change 2048 different colors and seven LED modes. It also uses MSI's new Impregnable Steel Armor feature with rugged PCI-Express slots which protect PC during transport,have strengthen soldering and superb EMI protection.

The base specifications include all the usual features expected to see on an Intel X99 Express chipset motherboard, including eight DDR4 memory slots, five PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots, 32Gbps M.2 port and 10 SATA 6Gbps ports. What makes the MSI X99A Godlike Gaming motherboard special is the new Audio Boost 3 integrated audio based on Hi-Fi ESS 9018K2M DAC and with 6.3mm headphone jack.

The motherboard also comes with DoubleShot-X3 PRo which includes Killer 1535 WiFi adapter and dual Gigabite Ethernet, which all can work together in order to provide best possible throughput and performance.

The rest of the specifications include USB 3.1 Type-A and Type-C ports, bunch of USB 2.0 ports, Turbo M.2, Turbo U.2 slot, specifically made for high-performance SSDs like Intel 750 series and pretty much anything you might want to see on a high-end enthusiast motherboard.

Unfortunately, we still do not have any details regarding the price or the availability date but with such long feature list we do not expect it to be cheap.
