AMD releases 3D models for R9 Fury X front-plate

You can mill or 3D print your own

Showing that its Radeon R9 Fury X graphics card is customizable, AMD has released 3D models of the front-plate as well as instructions on how to remove it.

In case you missed the Radeon R9 Fury X, we are talking about AMD's latest flagship graphics card based on Fiji GPU and new High Bandwidth Memory (HBM). While we might not see any custom Radeon R9 Fury X graphics cards anytime soon, there is still a way to customize your graphics card, at least as long as you have access to CNC milling machine or 3D printer.

To be precise, you can only take off the rubber-textured front-plate by simply unscrewing those four hex screws.

You can check out the full instructions at AMD's website via link below where you can also found 3D model files.
