Nvidia preparing Geforce GTX 950 Ti

Based on GM206-250 GPU

According to the latest report, Nvidia is preparing a new mid-range Geforce graphics card, the Geforce GTX 950 Ti.

Coming from Videocardz.com, the report suggest that the Geforce GTX 950 Ti will be based on a cut-down version of the GM206 GPU, the GM206-250. While the GM206 GPU, which is behind the GTX 960 graphics card, packs 1024 CUDA cores, the GTX 950 Ti could end up with either lower amount of CUDA cores, lower clocks or combination of both.

The Geforce GTX 950 Ti could also end up with 2GB of memory with 128-bit memory interface. This new graphics card should replace both the GTX 750 Ti and the GTX 750 and should easily compete with AMD's Radeon R7 370 and R7 360 graphics cards.

Unfortunately, there are no information regarding the launch date or the possible price.
