Mass Effect Andromeda unveiled at E3 2015 show

CGI reveal trailer out

Electronic Arts has opened its E3 2015 press conference with an exclusive announcement of the new Mass Effect game, the Mass Effect: Andromeda.

While the trailer does not show much, you can spot the N7 Badge, the Mako, Omni-Tool and more. Although the game is currently scheduled for 2016 holiday season release, Bioware's official blog post noted that the game will take place far away and long after the event of the original Mass Effect trilogy.

The game will be built on the Frostbite engine and the trailer represents the visual target for the final game, with focus on the PC and current-gen consoles.

We simply can't wait to hear more about Mass Effect: Andromeda but until then, there are quite a few interesting games scheduled to launch this year.
