Lian Li has announced the availability of its earlier announced PC-08 dual-compartment PC case.
Based on a mid-chassis cube design, the PC-08 features a two compartment design, separating the system into two parts, one for motherboard and graphics card and another one for 3.5? HDD and power supply unit. This allows users to proudly show off their hardware and hide cables and less shiny components behind the motherboard tray.
With 341x428x404mm (WxHxD) dimensions and 9.5kg of weight, the PC-08 is quite a hefty and wide PC case made from aluminum and tempered glass front and side panels. As far as the support goes, the Lian Li PC-08 supports standard ATX form-factor motherboards, up to 370mm long graphics cards, up to 170mm tall CPU coolers and all PSUs which are less than 298mm long.
The storage and PSU compartment comes with support for a total of six 3.5-inch and two 2.5-inch drives while cooling includes three front 120mm fans, single 120mm rear fan, two 120mm fans for the HDD rack and two optional 120mm fans at the top. With this in mind it is obvious that there is plenty of room for liquid cooling as well since it supports 120x240x54mm radiator at the top and 120x360x70mm radiator at the front.
The Lian Li also comes with adjustable RGB interior lighting which includes the RGB lighting kit complete with LED strips, dimmer and controller which also allows you to change colors.
The Lian Li PC-08 will be available by the end of June with a suggested retail price set at US $395. We already had a chance to check out the Lian Li PC-08 during Computex 2015 show and you can check out some pictures below.
