Workstation-grade LGA2011v3 micro-ATX motherboard

Among other interesting products, ASUS has showcased a rather neat micro-ATX workstation-grade socket LGA2011v3 motherboard at Computex 2015 show, the ASUS X99M-WS.

Claiming to be the "most powerful" motherboard of its kind in this form factor, the ASUS X99M-WS micro-ATX supports certain Intel Xeon 1P and Core i7 CPU, is powered by 24-pin ATX and dual 8-pin EPS power connectors and needs an optional 6-pin PCIe power input for add-on cards. It also comes with four memory slots with support for up to 128GB of DDR4 memory in quad-channel mode as well as two PCI-Express 3.0 x16 slots.

The rest of the specifications include one PCI-Express 2.0 x16 (x4 electrical) and a PCI-Express 2.0 x1 slots, eight SATA 6Gbps ports, 32Gbps M.2 slot, two USB 3.1 ports, six USB 3.0 ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, integrated 802.11ac WiFi and Bluetooth 4.0 and integrated high-end 7.1-channel audio.

We still do not have all the details, including the availability date or the price but we guess that it will come soon as ASUS had it ready for Computex 2015.
