Computex 2014: Gigabyte shows new Z97X-SOC Force LN2 motherboard

One aimed at memory overclockers

In addition to the Z97 Black Edition motherboard, Gigabyte had another quite interesting motherboard to show during Computex, the Z97X-SOC Force LN2, which is mostly aimed at memory overclockers.

As you can see from the pictures below, the Z97X-SOC Force LN2 only features two DDR3 DIMM memory slots and enough room for some serious LN2 pots for memory overclocking as well as dedicated buttons to take care of the on-the-fly overclocking.

In addition to the memory overclocking features, you are still looking at a standard Intel Z97 Express chipset based motherboard with all of the features that you would expect, including four PCI-Express x16 slots, PCI-Express x1 and to legacy PCI slots.

Judging from the looks of it and all the features implemented on it, we are quite sure that this one will be quite popular among enthusiasts and LN2 overclockers and we can't wait to see it in action and check out how far can certain hardware be pushed on it, especially in the memory department.

We will surely see and hear more about this motherboard as the Computex 2014 show has just started.
