Announced back in July 2013, Micron's 128 Gigabit 16nm MLC NAND flash memory will soon find its to market in a all new Crucial solid state drive, the MX100.
Although most precise information regarding specifications, controller as well as performance figures are still unknown, Hardware.info managed to get some of the details regarding the Crucial MX100.
According to first details, the Crucial MX100 will be using the aforementioned 16nm NAND and be available in a standard 2.5-inch form-factor with SATA 6.0Gbps interface. The performance is expected to be somewhere between the Crucial M500 and the recently released M550.
