Help developing KDE on Debian

KDE team is looking for help

Debian, the well-known GNU/Linux distribution, comes with the Gnome desktop environment, but that doesn't mean there are no valid alternatives, such as KDE, which development never stopped.

When you first use a GNU/Linux distribution, you might experience some difficulties since the graphic interface is quite different. Especially if you were using Windows, Gnome might give you some problems.

The KDE environment was born after a few users decided to create a more friendly graphic interface, using Microsoft's as reference. A taskbar at the bottom, a start menu and an overall simplicity makes KDE a very easy to use environment. Unfortunately, when we are on the edge of KDE 5 launch, the developing team is having some troubles due to staff shortage.

They are seeking for help from every developer that might have some free time to create patches, integrate or improve KDE packages, or even reporting bugs and updating KDE Wikipedia page; any help is well accepted. If you want to know more about this, you can visit the official page.
