Following the rest of the manufacturers and deciding not to skip the Intel Bay Trail-D train, ASUS has unveiled its versions of the Celeron J1800 Bay Trail-D equipped mini-ITX motherboard.
Spotted by Fanlesstech.com site, the new ASUS J1800I-C features a rather heafty gold colored heatsink and is equipped with Celeron J1800 10W TDP dual-core CPU clocked at 2.41GHz with 2.58GHz Turbo. Choosing the dual-core Celeron J1800 CPU allowed ASUS to go with a completely fanless, but rather hefty and gold colored, cooling solution.
The rest of the specs include two DDR3L SO-DIMM slots, one PCI-Express x1 slot, one mini PCI-Express slot, two SATA 3Gbps ports, one USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports, HDMI and VGA outputs, COM ports, keyboard and mouse PS/2 ports, and Realtek RL8111G Gigabit Ethernet.
Unfortunately, there is still no word regarding the price or the actual availability date but we are sure it will be somewhere around US $80.
