Roccat to reveal new products at CES

Updates Kave, Kone and Ryos

Germany based peripherals manufacturer Roccat has announced, they will present an updated portfolio during the upcoming CES. Apparently they won't have a booth at the exhibition, but they will showcase their new products in Venetian Hotel showroom.

Roccat appears to be quite excited about 2014. It looks like the company is planning to bring quite a few updates to the market. Therefore we can expect new mice, keyboards, headsets, mousepads as well as accessories. First of all there will be a new Kave XTD 5.1 gaming headset. Other than that Roccat also plans on launching the Kave XTD Stereo, which might be a rather interesting product. Last but not least the Germans also want to launch a new flagship model in the Kave Series. The XTD 5.1 Digital will feature an inbuilt 5.1 soundcard and it will also feature Bluetooth to be paired with smartphones.

The company will also update their Kone mice. There will be the Kone XTD Optical that features adjustable distance control and a new 6400 dpi optical sensor. Next to the Kone XTD Optical, the smaller Kone Pure will also feature improvements. In this case there is going to be an optical 5000 dpi sensor and a tracking distance unit.

Last but not least, Roccat also reworked their Ryos gaming keyboard. There will be two compact versions with per-key illumination and one without backlighting.

Until today there are no details on availability as well as pricing. Concerning the latter we expect the update models to be in the same price range as the existing ones.
