Star Wars: Attack Squadron, a new F2P from Disney

Star Wars fans can be happy, since it turns out Disney is planning to release their first Star Wars game by the end of 2014, which is supposed to be a free-to-play titel.

After Disney acquired all Star Wars related licences, this is the first game that is based on the franchise. Star Wars: Attack Squadron will be a space combat title, developed by Area 52 Game studio. So far it's known, there will be a PvP Free For All mode, a Team Dogfight mode, as well as a Base Defense mode.

If you're interested there is the chance to become part of the Beta programe. To apply for it, you have to visit the official web site and register.
