Although Gigabyte has yet to officially announce its Geforce GTX 780 Ti GHz Edition graphics card, it is already both listed on the company's website as well as available for pre-order in a couple of retail/e-tail shops.
Earlier this month we already had a chance
to exclusively review the new Gigabyte GTX 780 Ti GHz Edition and show what kind of beast hides behind Gigabyte's own WindForce 3X 450W triple-fan cooler. In case you missed it earlier, Gigabyte's GTX 780 Ti GHz Edition packs the GK110 GPU with 2880 CUDA cores and works at 1085MHz GPU Base clock, 1150MHz GPU Boost clock and comes with 3GB of GDDR5 memory clocked at 7000MHz and paired up with a 384-bit memory interface.
The WindForce 3X 450W packs three fans, two 8mm and four 6mm heatpipes in order to keep the GPU as well as the rest of the graphics card components well cooled. Gigabyte also threw in a reinforced backplate and the custom VRM gets its power from two 8-pin PCI-Express power connectors.
As noted, a couple of retail/e-tail shops have already started to list the new Gigabyte GTX 780 Ti GHz Edition and the lowest price starts at 661 Euro.
