Galaxy launches Gamer Series graphics cards

Custom design for gamers

Galaxy, which is one the big Nvidia partners, has launched and unveiled its new Gamer Series of graphics cards at a press event in China. Based around a custom design PCB, massive factory overclock as well as custom design cooling solution, the Gamer Series will not be limited to China market.

Expreview.com was at the Galaxy event in China and managed to take a few picture of the first product in the new Gamer Series, the Galaxy GTX 760 Gamer which features a custom dual-slot, dual-fan cooler with metal shroud as well as a decent factory-overclock pushing the GPU base clock up to 1086MHz and GPU Boost up to 1150MHz. The 2GB of GDDR5 memory paired up with a 256-bit memory interface remained at reference 6000MHz.

Unfortunately, Galaxy did not reveal any plans regarding the rest of the Gamer Series or any plans regarding the global availability of the Gamer Series but we are sure we will hear more from either Galaxy or its European KFA2 counterpart.
