Zotac has updated its line of ZBOX Mini-PC systems with the new 4th generation Intel Core Haswell CPUs. According to Zotac, the trio of new ZBOX Mini-PCs, including the ZBOX ID91, ID92 and the ZBOX IQ01, will deliver improved CPU performance paired with supercharged integrated graphics that should provide an excellent experience for everyday computing tasks.
Based on 4th generation Intel Core i3, Core i5 and Core i7 Haswell CPUs. The entry-level ZBOX ID91 with Intel Core i3 4130T, mainstream ZBOX ID92 with Intel Core i5 4570T and the new flagship ZBOX IQ01 which quite surprisingly packs a quad-core Intel Core i7 4770T. The entry-level ZBOX ID91 with Core i3 4130T will pack Intel's integrated HD Graphics 4400 which is, according to Zotac, perfect for everyday computing tasks such as web browsing, office productivity and image editing.
On the other hand, the ZBOX ID92 and the ZBOX IQ01 features Intel HD Graphics 4600 with triple display compatibility via dual DisplayPort and single DVI-I output. When combined with Zotac DisplayPort to Dual HDMI adapter, the ZBOX ID92 and the ZBOX IQ01 can drive a single 4K display that requires four independent HDMI inputs.
The rest of the specs include 802.11ac wireless networking, dual Gigabit Ethernet and Bluetooth 4.0 for connectivity as well as a plethora of ports include USB 3.0 and mSATA 6Gbps port for storage connectivity.
As always, all three models will be available as barebones or as Plus models that will feature pre-installed 4GB of DDR3 memory as well as a 500GB HDD.
