Kingston Digital has announced that it will preview new enterprise and client-based SSDs at the LSI Accelerating Innovation Summit (AIS) 2013. Based on the new LSI Sandforce SF3700 flash controller family, Kingston's lineup will include E100 and E50 enterprise SSDs as well as client-based KC300, V300 and the KC380.
According to Kingston, enterprise lineup based on the new LSI Sandforce SF3700 flash controller family will feature the E100, which is ideal for higher endurance for heavy write environments as well as the E50 which features high IOPS and bandwidth performance for increased server performance. Both drives will feature new intelligent power failure protection to prevent data loss in case of power outages.
To show that is not all about enterprise market, Kingston will also show three client-based high-performance SSDs including the KC300 with low-power consumption, new entry-level V300 SSD as well as the small form-factor KC380 SSD.
