Just a three weeks after the official launch Android 4.4 KitKat has apparently started to roll out to some Google/LG Nexus 4 devices via OTA (Over The Air) update.
According to first details, the build version is noted as KRT16S and weighs around 240MB. It is still not clear if Nexus 4 will get all the features seen with Android 4.4 KitKat on Nexus 5. The update also includes a few additional bugfixes introduced after the original KRT16O build.
Unfortunately, it is also still not clear which regions will get it and which specific regions will get it on which precise date but the good part of the story is that it at least started to roll out.
Of course, the same Android 4.4 KitKat update for Nexus 7 should be rolling out alongside the Nexus 4 one.
