Biostar has unveiled its line of motherboards based on Intel's B85 chipset that supports Intel's 4th generation Core i7 and Core i5 CPUs with LGA 1150 socket.

Built for businesses, as Biostar calls them, the new line of Biostar B85-based motherboards will feature 100% solid capacitors as well as some unique features like the PURO HiFi audio, HiFi Power and HiFi AMP for power regulation. According to Biostar, these motherboards will deliver better PC performance, manageability, and security protections with features like Intel Rapid Storage Technology (Intel RST), for fast system boot and application load time, and Intel Small Business Advantage (Intel SBA), which delivers business-centric security protection, such as after-hours virus scans and data backup, and blocks recognition of unwanted USB drives.

The new lineup includes a total of eight different motherboards based on various form-factors from standard ATX down to mini ITX as well as a different set of features. All eight motherboards are Windows 8 ready and will feature Biostar's BIO-Remote 2 and BIOS Online Update features as well as Biostar's Charger Booster function.
