AMD's next-generation APUs announcement on November 11th

At the APU 13 Event

Although it was already clear that we will not see it on retail/e-tail shelves before February, AMD still plans to officially "launch" its next-generation APU lineup on November 11th at the APU'13 event.

Apparently, AMD really liked the concept it used to launch its new Hawaii GPUs at GPU'13 event on Hawaii back in September and will apparently do a similar thing for its next-generation desktop APUs, codename Kaveri. In addition to the APU'13 event, AMD will also host its 2013 AMD Developer Summit, in San Jose, USA, where it will talk a lot about CPU and OpenCL-accelerated GPUs as well as bring some interesting announcements regarding the HSA (Heterogeneous System Architecture).

In any case, we will certainly keep an eye on both events.
