ASRock M8 SFF barebone hits retail/e-tail

Z87-based SFF for US $549.99

Although it was announced earlier this month, ASRock's M8 SFF barebone PC has finally found its way to the US retail/e-tail shelves. Developed in cooperation with the BMW Group Designworks USA, the ASRock M8 features quite a unique design, some quite impressive feature set and a quite high US $549.99 price tag.

Based on the Z87-M8 motherboard from ASRock, the M8 SFF barebone supports Intel 4th generation Core CPUs, up to 16GB of memory and can take a single dual-slot PCI-Express graphics card. The precise dimensions are set at 372x123x400mm and it also comes with a 450W PSU. The rest of the specifications and features include a single 3.5-inch HDD/SSD, slim optical drive, 802.11ac WiFi, Bluetooth 4.0 and Gigabit Ethernet for connectivity, 4-in-1 card reader, four USB 3.0 and four USB 2.0 ports, as well as HDMI and DisplayPort video outputs.

Unfortunately, the special design and quite an extensive list of features also comes with a rather high price tag so the ASRock M8 SFF gaming barebone is priced at US $549.99 over at Newegg.com.
