During its TWIMTBP event in Montreal, Nvidia has announced the new GTX 780 Ti graphics card that should be available on retail/e-tail shelves sometime in mid-November.
Although Jen Hsun Huang, CEO of Nvidia, did not shed any light on the actual specifications of the new GTX 780 Ti it is quite obvious that we will see a graphics card that will be based on GK110 Kepler GPU. Jen Hsun did note that the new graphics card is quiet, run cool and provide a lot of performance.
It will support all the announced Nvidia features and technologies including the G-Sync as well as support 3-way SLI. Judging from the pictures around the net, we know that it needs 8+6-pin PCI-Express power connectors so we are sure that we will be looking at Nvidia's response to the AMD Radeon R9 290X.
Of course, we will be on a lookout for more info and we are sure that we will hear more before mid-November.
