Next Google Android is 4.4 KitKat

Nestle and Google cooperation

While it has only recently announced its latest Android 4.3 Jelly Bean which was just a minor update version, the next version of the Android OS will certainly be interesting. Google has announced the successor of the Android 4.3 Jelly Bean and it comes in a form of cooperation with Nestle, the Google Android 4.4 KitKat.

Although Google still did not release any details regarding the actual improvements that we will see on the new Android 4.4 KitKat, the cooperation with Nestle in February this year at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. There will be no money exchange but will include a bunch of promotional things including 50 million KitKat bards in 19 countries with Nexus 7 and Google Play gift cards promotions.

Google activations have now passed 1 billion, according to Sundar Pichai, head of Android and Chrome. He also noted that "it's our goal with Android KitKat to make an amazing Android experience available for everybody", which most likely means we will see Android in more than just smartphones and tablets as it will probably be Google's push into every other possible market.

Nestle also released quite a unique commercial that cunningly mimics Apple's way of announcing products and we guess that it is definitely part of the same deal.
