Listan GmbH & Co. KG, the company behind the Be Quiet! brand which is quite well known in Europe is taking over Xilence trademark and founding the new Xilence GmbH subsidiary. Listan GmbH & Co. KG, will be taking care of entire brand and all sales as of August 19th.

While Be Quiet! will still be focused on premium market, Listan GmbH & Co. KG, will use Xilence to address the volume market with attractive prices. Xilence will surely benefit from this merger as it will get excellent supplier contacts and quite a good expertise in the same product category.

According to the report, the newly founded Xilence GmbH will be run by two General Managers, Michael Albes and Andreas Groneberg.
