According to previous details, the new Nexus 7 is still made by Asus, will be available in 16 and 32GB versions and replace the Tegra 3 with Qualcomm's Snapdragon Pro APQ8064. It is also possible that there might be a few versions as some previous rumors suggested that it might feature Qualcomm's Snapdragon 600 as well.
The new Nexus 7 is also rumored to feature a better 1080p 7-inch LCD screen and, unlike its predecessor, feature 1.2-megapixel front and 5-megapixel rear camera. The new details also suggest that it might end up with 4GB of DDRL RAM unlike 2GB rumored earlier. It will also feature dual speakers, positioned at the top and bottom rear part of the tablet.
The new Nexus 7 will generally run on Android 4.3 OS although it might happen that Google will stick to 4.2.2 at launch.
The recent leak shows that the new Nexus will end up with a US $229 and US $269 price tags for the 16GB and 32GB versions.
