In the wake of the Computex 2013 show scheduled to open its doors next week, on June 4th, MSI has announced that its Z87-GD65 Gaming motherboard and Funtoro HD MOD (Media On Demand) vehicle infotainment system have been good enough to snatch a Golden Award medal in the IC and Components category.

Although it still did not went into any specific details regarding the actual specs of the motherboard, MSI did note that the Z87-GD65 GAMING motherboard is a joint effort of MSI and FNATIC and that it will feature Killer E2205 NIC, Audio Boost technology and the OC Genie 4 technology.

As far as the Funtoro HD MOD goes, it integrates the "Coach Multi-Touch" function, with 7- or 10-inch passenger touch-screen option as well as a variety of multimedia entertainment, including HD movies, music, photos, Android games, live FM radio, satellite TV and web services accessible via those touch screens.
