ASRock has added to the Phantom Gaming family of AMD graphics cards two RX Vega models. With the addition of Radeon RX Vega 64 8G and RX Vega 56 8G GPUs, the series fill the gaps. A few months ago the company has added the Radeon RX 500 series, so now with the Vega family they complete the AMD offer.
ASRock's new Phantom Gaming X Radeon RX Vega 64 8G and RX Vega 56 8G graphics cards are two exact copies of AMD's reference RX Vega 64 and RX Vega 56 models. Both sport a reference PCB and a blower-type cooling solution. Furthermore the fan comes with a double ball bearing and the heatsink uses the vapor chamber design.
The Phantom Gaming X RX Vega 64 8G is 280mm long and requires two slots for installation. The card is based on AMD's Vega 10 silicon and sports 4'096 stream processors and 64 ROPs. The graphics card features a base clock of 1247MHz and a boost clock of 1546MHz. Furthermore there are two external 8-pin PCIe power connectors. Regarding the video outputs, ASRock offers one HDMI 2.0 port and three DisplayPort 1.4 connections.
Like the flagship model, the Phantom Gaming X RX Vega 56 8G comes with the same exterior look and size. This model features 3'584 stream processors and 64 ROPs. The base clock is set to 1156MHz and the boost clock scales up to 1471MHz. The Phantom Gaming X RX Vega 56 8G has the exact number of power connectors and display outputs as its counterpart.
ASRock hasn't revealed the pricing and availability for the two models.
