Zotac makes a special liquid-cooled GTX 1080

In cooperation with Thermaltake

In order to celebrate its 10th anniversary, Zotac has teamed up with Thermaltake to create a new and special liquid-cooled GTX 1080 graphics card, the Zotac GeForce GTX 1080 ArcticStorm Thermaltake 10 Year Anniversary Edition.

Featuring a full-cover water block from Thermaltake with Zotac 10th Anniversary Edition badge, the new GTX 1080 will be factory overclocked to 1657MHz base and 1797MHz GPU Boost clocks while 8GB of GDDR5X memory will remain at reference 10GHz.

The new Zotac GTX 1080 ArcticStorm Thermaltake 10 Year Anniversary Edition actually has two BIOS chips, with other coming at lower 1632MHz base and 1771MHz GPU Boost clocks.

The new card also features a full custom PCB with 16-phase VRM as well as a custom backplate that should keep the card from breaking as well as cool the back of it.

The water block itself is all-copper full-cover water block with 0.6mm micro-channel construction, standard G1/4 fittings and RGB lighting controlled by Zotac's own FireStorm tool.

Unfortunately, Zotac did not reveal any details regarding the price or the availability date but we will surely keep an eye out for it.
