Biostar has unveiled its newest mini-ITX motherboard that will be a part of its Racing series and offer some high-end features on a mini-ITX form-factor, the Biostar Racing Z170GTN.

Based on Intel's Z170 Express chipset and mini-ITX (17x17cm) form-factor, the Biostar Racing Z170GTN motherboard supports Intel's 6th Generation LGA1151 Core processors with TDP of up to 95W, has two standard DIMM memory slots with support for up to 32GB of DDR4-3200(OC) memory, single PCI-Express x16 3.0 slot and one PCIe M.2 Key-E slot for M.2 type-2230 WiFi card.

When it comes to storage, the Biostar Racing Z170GTN motherboard packs four SATA 6Gbps ports, one U.2 32Gbps port and one M.2 Key-M 32Gbps ports with support for M.2 type 2260/2280 SATA 6Gbps or PCIe storage located at the back of the motherboard.

The rest of the features include a single Intel I219V Gigabit Ethernet, Realtek ACL892 7.1-channel audio, six USB 3.0 (two from header), plenty of USB 2.0 ports and some unique Biostar features like the Charge Booster, PURO Hi-Fi, 5050 LED FUN header and LED lights on the heatsinks and more.

While it did provide plenty of details on its website, Biostar did not reveal any details regarding the price or the availability date, so we will have to keep a closer eye on it in retail.
