Dead Rising coming to PC on September 13th

System requirements unveiled

Capcom has now revealed an official released date for its original Dead Rising game which will be coming to PC on September 13th. The game will include plenty of improvements and Capcom has released a full list of system requirements for the game.

Although the PC version is the most interesting one for us, Dead Rising will also be released for both Xbox One and the Playstation 4 on the same date. It will support 4K/UHD and above resolutions and have unlocked framerate on the PC. The game will also have plenty of other improvements including support for DualShock 4 and Xbox One controllers, 144Hz support fo G-Sync and more.

Bear in mind that this is a 10-year old game but despite that it looks pretty impressive in the released trailer.

As far as the system requirements are concerned, those looking to play it on the PC will need at least Intel Core 2 Duo 2.4GHz, AMD Athlon X2 or better CPU, 2GB of RAM and at least Nvidia Geforce 550 Ti or AMD 6750 graphics card with support for DirectX 11. The recommended system requirements are a bit higher and include Intel Core i5, AMD equivalent or better CPU, 8GB of RAM and either Nvidia Geforce GTX 560 or AMD 7790 or better GPU.

Priced at US $20/€20, the game is far from expensive but, after all, this is still a 10-year old game.
