Today, we will be checking out yet another modding project from our forums, the Project ALPHA OMEGA made by SimpleModz and based on Corsair's SPEC-ALPHA PC case and inspired by High Resolution Computers Shop.
While the new ALPHA OMEGA project from SimpleModz is still far from over, it is already shaping up nicely and we certainly like the green on black color scheme. The Corair SPEC-ALPHA PC case will be heavily modded in order to make it an open-frame design build.
According to the list of specifications, there will be some impressive hardware squeezed in a rather small case and since the entire build is meant to show off two ASUS STRIX GTX 1080 graphics cards in SLI, we are certainly looking forward to the final result.
The base of the new project will be the ASUS ROG STRIX X99 Gaming motherboard with Intel Core i7-5930X CPU and it will also include Corsair's HX1000i PSU, two Corsair Force LE 480GB SSDs and Corsair's Dominator Platinum DDR4 2800Mhz memory with Light Bar upgrade kit.
As always, there will be plenty of liquid cooling hardware, custom cables and LEDs, and we did not expect anything else from SimpleModz.
