AOC has announced its newest 28-inch gaming monitor that combines both 4K/UHD resolution panel with AMD FreeSync technology, the AOC U2879VF.
Based on a 28-inch TN panel with 3840x2160 4K/UHD resolution and 1ms response time, the new AOC U2879VF gaming monitor also features 300 cd/m2 maximum brightness and 1000:1 contrast ratio. What makes the AOC U2879VF even more interesting is that it combines 4K/UHD resolution with support for AMD FreeSync variable refresh technology with up to 60Hz.
It also comes with D-Sub, Dual-Link DVI, HDMI and DisplayPort inputs and has 10-bit (1.07 billion) color support.
According to AOC, the suggested retail price for the U2879VF should be around €399, £300, CHF 429 when it becomes available in Europe in March.
