AMD pulled a big surprise as it has brought its dual-GPU Fiji-based graphics card to the Virtual Reality Los Angeles (VRLA) event.
While there was no picture of the actual dual-Fiji graphics card, there were a couple of desktop systems that were powered by that same graphics card, including a prototype of Falcon Northwest Tiki compact gaming desktop as well as HTC's Vive HMD demo system.
What makes the upcoming dual-GPU Fiji-based graphics card even more interesting is the fact that Falcon Northwest managed to squeeze it inside a 4-inch thick Tiki system, suggesting that the upcoming dual-GPU graphics card is very compact.
As you probably already know, AMD has delayed its dual-GPU Fiji-based graphics card in order to wait for virtual reality headsets to become available and according to earlier rumors it should launch sometime in the second quarter of this year.
